Coaching

Patricia is a Certified HNLP Master Coach, and Richard a Certified HNLP Coach. HNLP Coaching was developed by John Overdurf and Julie Silverthorn of Neuro Energetics. Coaching sessions with us are the quickest way to take yourself from an unwanted state to a resourceful and fully functioning state. Most of our coaching is done over the phone so that you don’t even need to travel for a session. This kind of coaching is relevant personally and professionally.

Supervision

Professional Supervision is the way to empower and enrich your practice. Many therapeutic modalities require regular supervision. NZANLP (The New Zealand Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming Inc) recommends that practicing members have at least 12 supervision sessions a year. Patricia is a very experienced supervisor, working with people from many caring professions. Patricia and Richard have regular supervision, including peer supervision with another NLP Trainer.


Learning Styles

We use the Dunn and Dunn model to assess your learning style, and give you advice and information about using that understanding to improve your study skills. We help you to clear study issues and increase your reading speed and understanding.


Public speaking

Develop the confidence and skills to get your message across in public – so that your audience remembers your presentation with pleasure. We can coach you one on one, or in a group.

Health and Safety Plans

We facilitate focus groups and workshops for organisations wishing to develop or improve their Health and Safety Plans. We explain the requirements of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 and its amendments and Regulations, then get your staff to identify the hazards in your workplace, and suggest ways to eliminate, isolate or minimise those hazards. We work with you to develop a Plan that is relevant and useful to you and your business, and that meets the requirements of the Act.
